Ningbo jiulong Fastener Manufacturing Co., Ltd. is engaged in the production and research of high strength fasteners and special-shaped parts. In 1985, after more than 20 years of development, the factory covers an area of more than 20,000 square meters, with fixed assets of more than 94.11 million yuan, 340 employees, 31 technical personnel. The high strength fasteners, special-shape parts and other products produced by the company have been widely used in metallurgical industry, power system (including wind power generation), chemical industry, long-span steel structure workshop, high-rise buildings, railway bridge, cross-sea Bridges, subways, high-speed trains and maglev trains, etc. Because the company provides products keep more than 18 years without accidents, and the ministry of railways to the company's management, technology, financial and other comprehensive review conclusion: as a high-speed train "harmony" (200 km / hour), high speed train 300 km hours, 350 km / hour and subway train accessories (fasteners, special) the only manufacturing units.
The quality management system of the company has passed the certification of ISO9001 International Standard Sports Committee; obtained the pressure pipeline production license issued by the State Administration of Technology; established long-term close cooperation with Scientific Research Institute of Railways, Shanghai Fasteners Institute and Fastener Testing Center of State Administration of Technology to build a new product research and development platform. This year, we have invested more than 2.8 million yuan to set up the "jiulong Fastener Testing Center", which is currently applying for a national laboratory.
The company has a certain financial strength, strong technical strength and research and development ability of fasteners and special-shaped parts, and has accumulated rich management experience. From 2003 to 2007, it successfully developed 9 municipal new products, approved in the same year, and successfully developed and passed the municipal appraisal. Five national standards formulated by the company in 2006 have been released and implemented on July 1,2007.
