The China gear industry conference was held in Yongchuan

On April 23, the China gear industry conference with the theme of "improving the industrial basic capacity and supporting the construction of a manufacturing power" was held in Yongchuan. Representatives of enterprises, experts and scholars from gear and upstream and downstream industries attended the conference to discuss, discuss cooperation and seek common development around the infrastructure construction and innovation direction of gear industry.
China Gear Industry Conference is hosted by The Gear and Electric Drive Branch of China Machinery General Parts Industry Association, and has been successfully held for 8 sessions since 2014. The number of participants exceeded 3300, and more than 1300 enterprises attended, which has developed into a brand conference in the gear industry.
According to the introduction, gear is an important part of the mechanical structure, is the most basic automobile and motorcycle equipment manufacturing industry in the key basic components. China's gear industry has a large volume, with the sales volume exceeding 300 billion yuan in 2020, but there are still some key components relying on imports. Adhering to the innovation-driven development and improving the innovation ability of enterprises is the key direction of the current industry development. This conference aims to boost the technological innovation of the industry.
At the meeting, industry representatives and experts and scholars exchanged views on topics such as "promoting high-quality development of construction machinery", "optimal design method of high-strength root processing blade contour" and "application of independent system in gear processing machine bed", and shared the research results of automobile and new energy vehicles, digital transformation and other aspects.
Yongchuan is the hub node and bridgehead city of Chengdu-Chongqing twin Cities Economic Circle. It is a modern manufacturing base and a vocational education base in western China specified in the Outline of the Construction Plan of Chengdu-Chongqing twin Cities Economic Circle. In recent years, Yongchuan has focused on the construction of "5 + 3" industrial system, and formed an automobile and motorcycle industrial cluster with Great Wall Motor, Yadi Electric Vehicle and other vehicle enterprises as the leader, and honeycomb Power and Pacific Seiko as the core. By 2030, Yongchuan will be fully built into the western intelligent network new energy automobile city, the scale of the automobile industry will reach 300 billion yuan, to new energy, intelligent network, high-end, green transformation, which provides an excellent platform for promoting the development of gear industry and the transformation to a strong manufacturing area.
